New function in the assessment search function: an alert on document can be set.
The alerting function allows users to control the monitoring of patent families more precisely. An alert can be manually set by the user to exclude specific families or documents from further automatic verification processes.
System Behavior
Once an alert is active, the verification of existing patent families is skipped if an entry exists in the Assessment section. In this case, previously reviewed or evaluated families are excluded from subsequent processing runs.
This function ensures precise and efficient document monitoring. The system does not only focus on new or unevaluated families, but on every family that have been evaluated before.
The alerting function is particularly useful when certain patent families have already been assessed or documented in the Assessment section and therefore require additional automated checks, e.g. "Move to alarm".
